International Fun Day

After so many days of Depression...thanks to my stupid hostel..I think its time for some fun..

Nway, I somehow saw this brochures from the hostel saying that there's this international fun day at Duthie Park, so I tot why not!! Give Aberdeen a chance..even though its a cold and gloomy city..but sometimes the sun will bring some happy little things that would lift our spirits..

The FUN DAY did really lift up my mood a lot..at least i felt little bit more happier..Its a really nice day to go to a park seeing grampian police all dressed up in traditional Scottish Attire, damm funny..Before I came to Aberdeen, my boss and my asawa were telling me to look under those scottish guy's dress to see whether dey wear underpants..Cos the myth say dey dun wear underpants when dey where scottish dress..but if i ever go under those Grampian Police to look under their skirts I'll probably end up in Aberdeen Jail..which is shitty!! stupid idea

Besides the fair..there's also this Winter Garden inside the Duthie Park..Its a garden inside a park..a conserved garden that uses controlled temperature to keep all those tropical flowers from all over the country which includes malaysia as well alive all through winter and any other season. Anyway, Aberdeen is gonna be cold all year round, so no difference!!

They even have 35 degree hot desert cacti as well. I mean if ur so interested in all types of plants or ur taking subjects like "herbalogy"which harry potter hates..den probably u will make good use of it..if not..just take it as an "very useful" experience.

This is the Cacti garden I'm sayin..damm hot!! Though we dun look like..but its hot..Imagine 35 degree with all ur coats on..shitty hot..

However, some of the flowers got bit off beat..haha..some are kinda dead..Some of those sunflower were already kinda dead..I mean all are hanging downwards. Leaving to hibernate for the winter..

Says the Sunflower : See you next spring..dun miss me..der I go..

Those dead sunflower looks like shower rose..all natural, no mechanical preservatives..So I tot of taking a bath with all my clothes on..Dun look ppl!! Its X-RATED..only for kids below 5.

Strawberries were oso kinda dead..I only found one that is stil red..So i better eat it while its stil on the ground..if not it probably turn brown the next minute..cant miss it..critical moment!!

Might as well eat those "jagung"as well..before it all turns dead..dun waste the food..expensive here in UK

I need to eat this roses as well..Cant find it in Malaysia..Give me some soya sauce pls..this roses are bit tasteless

I even manage to make a wish using my Malaysian Ringgit 10 cents. How I miss Malaysian Ringgit..now everything in Malaysia seems so cheap to me..POUNDS!! Everything is expensive here if u convert those currency..aiiks..

I hope Malaysian Ringgit can be used in "wishing stream"of Aberdeen..Forgive my bluntness.

We also saw this part of the garden where ppl can have their wedding ceremony here. Its really sweet..Asawa, can we take our wedding vows here?? Just call some fake pastor come and be our vow taker..haha..

After coming back from work..was chatting with my asawa and felt a little bored after he left for his training at JB..

Nway, back to topic, due to my boredom, I started to browse through all those you tube stupid video and i found this video of hosan leong singing some really funny singaporean style of patriotic national song..I dunno, I js feel bummed..

Hosan Leong, I tot he's a mediacorp artiste. Din noe that singpore allow all this. All I know Singapore is suppose to banned everything they things is bad for the goverment. Nway, this video isn't really so offensive towards their goverment la..Just never expect Hosan Leong to sing that..funny...really..haha..

My first day in Aberdeen

My first few days of Aberdeen din go really well.. missed home so much that very day. Cry my nights to sleep..aiii..

First, I was really dissapointed with the quality of my hostel. I'm so lazy to take any picture of the interior of my hostel..But hope my description can enlighten you of how BAD my hostel is.

Its so far from the town, as in u have to take bus to town which is really bad as the bus fair is really expensive ( 2.60 pounds for a unlimited ride on the bus or 2 pounds for one way trip!! expensive like shit)

The stupid room is so small which u can only fit 4 person lying down in the room. Small rite?? I mean 4 person lying fit fit in the room minus all the furniture.. Which means, once u put in the furniture den only 2 person can sleep in squeezely.Plus there is no common room at each floor. Instead, the core of each hall is the stupid toilet (only WC and a wash basin inside). Which means we're living like those olden chinese house, where th eir toilet is not attached in the room instead it replaces the common hall. But something I like is it has a big kitchen la..so not too bad,ntg to complain bout the kitchen..love it!! but TOTALLY HATE the stupid WC in the middle of the hall!!

See the brown brown tall "Griffindor-like-tower". Thats my hostel. So secluded hidden behind the tree. WTH..as if he's shy or something..who the hell is this stupid architect who have such stupid idea to make the stupid entrance so secluded. Though you have a good view of the river, but u have such a dangerous entrance. Wats the point then..Stupid brainless hostel..ARGGHH!!

3rd, Aberdeen is not really a bright and cheerful place to stay in for time being la..Not that I'm complaining or wat..though, I miss Malaysia sun so much. There's hardly any sun in Aberdeen and its COLD here which is only the starting of autumn where u stil see green green grass and beautiful flowers. Its really gloomy most of the days cos you can hardly see the sun and most of the time will be small little rains that covers the whole aberdeen.

Gloomy little Aberdeen (The Union Street which is the main street of the city, everything branches out from there. So its not so hard to sidetracked from the city. Not a bad planning, at least if ur bad at road, you wont get lost!!)

One of the famous supermarket in city which sells cheap foods..hiak hiak..ASDA, MORRISON, SAINSBURY...My fav..I'm a cheap person..

Plus with all those gothic church and architecture and renaissance houses all around you..

You might think that you had accidentally "disapparated" into Grimmauld Place or the Leaky Cauldron (If you dunno where these place are..try to ask Harry Potter..he knows all bout it!!) Who knows I might have to take the "Hogwart Express"to go uni..

Ok, I kinda sidetracked to much. Anyway, Aberdeen is really cold la..but I'm keeping myself warm here..so dun worry, not wearing any sexy stuff in Aberdeen for time being..Wrapping myself like a "bak chang" here..


Back to story..


Because we're from cheap country with not so expensive life, so we have to eat cheap food to fill our hungry tummies.

Okay, it is really cheap if u calculate it in pounds. My dinner cost apx. 1.50 pounds a day. Cheap rite??if you dun convert..I'm trying to train myself to not always converting those stuff, cos it make me so miserable due to the high conversion. Stupid Malaysia currency..

Mummy, look I cook chicken soup!! We have brocollis, leek and chicke, and of cos tasty and heart warming chicken soup!! haha...


Nway, our food wasn't that miserable la. We have chicken, brocollis, leek and chicken, tofu, eggs, curry, fried mee and bi hun..lots more..Dun worry, I wont torture my own life. I'm born with a "bronze"life..not that cheap..hiak hiak..I have good but cheap food every night. Everyday I look forward for dinner. Cooking dinner and eating so so so Malaysian-chinese-home cook food. Feels just like home.

Heart warming dinner to keep ourself contented which can help us dun miss our home so much!!


We even celebrated our first mooncake festival together. 15 of us celebrating ti together with Budweiser, curry chicken, stir-fry pak choy, fried mi hun, bake chicken, steam tofu with fried onions and even yue ping (as in moon cake if ur so banana that u cant read it in chinese tune). Just that we din have any lanterns to boost the mood. But the mood was warming enough already..Enough to keep my heart warm for a few days. haha...


I'm stil in the process of getting use to the life here. I should be getting back on track soon. For now, there is stil so much I need to learn and adapt..

Show you guys what my Asawa did to the things I gave him!!

He went to cover my little "Nightmare before christmas" doll with my smelly pillowcase.. Sorry Tong, I gave that little skeletal guy to him. He was my fav. Dun worry, if ever Jason mistreat that little guy, you have any right to go spank him!!

At least he stil let him sleep next to him on the bed. So I forgive u Asawa...

Dance Performance

Sorry, late post for this as I had just received the video of my dance performance from the studio..haha..and Asawa had to transfered it all the way from Malaysia so that I can blog it online..***hiak hiak**

There..thats the video. Its not exactly perfect but stil not bad lo for a begginer..(thats wat my asawa say la, but I stil think its not that good..) What can I expect more; choreographed and practise for less than 2 months will produce a not-so-high-end product la..Not yet LV just padini standard..At least I'm not too bad until its being priced as GIANT product wat!!




Tell me its sexy...Tell me its perfect..Tell me its the best dance ever..Tell me I'm crazy (I am getting bit crazy here..damm..thanks to the cold weather..nway, Aberdeen is GGRRrrGGgrrrrrrr...trying to keep my feets from trembling..COLD!!!)

Zh-ng my Nails

Just 3 more days and I'll be flying off to a really far away place in UK. So far from home, So far from Family, So far from Asawa, and so so so far from the girls..

I'll probably miss dem the 1st day I reach Aberdeen..aiks..so sad to leave Malaysia..

But guess wat, to dismiss my so-not-nice-feeling, I went to zh-ng my nails before flying..A little farewell gift for myself. A little something for me to admire before I leave for a place so far away from home, so distant and strange to me.


And because I had spend so much time revamping my nails of cos I need to show it off to everybody. Let u guys admire and get a little jealous over my half-pail-water" zh-ng-ing nails skill..

Admire while u can ppl..cos it will be probably 2 or 3 years later before I get to zh-ng my nails with all those diamantes and colours..My nails would probably be happy for me as they wouldn't have to endure being tortured with poisonous enamels paint. But I'll be totally stuck with my plain colourless nails till i'm back in Malaysia..(Aberdeen's diamantes cost a bomb..crazy!!)

Hope I get used to it soon!!

Little little meet up-ss

Not much happenings lately..js a few meet ups, trying to spend most of my time with my family, my dear asawa and also my dearest ji-muis...you guys are the dearest to me..

Suddenly feel sad to leave Malaysia...I would definitely miss everything I had here..hmmm...


Little meet ups with Pang (who already left for Russia..see Pang, I do update k!! & this time its a little bit about you..Do you feel my love now??hiak hiak***), and of cos the Convent ji-muis and a few of my old colleagues...Me and my colleagues..having little warm dinner at Amarin..Though I dun really like Amarin, but my colleagues really fond of it..and I really dunno y..the food is really not that nice either!!
One of the most important ppl in my life...My Ji-muis, My Bestie, My Gossip patners, My 38 gang, My secret keeper, My advisor, My mummy..30% of my life I've been spending it with them & its been the most memorable and meaningful moment of my life..

Shee Li, my pretty school mate that I had met by accident in Kerrys..Ahh..lucky me to have meet her..Its been long since I seen her..Probably the last time that I've seen her is on Yen's Bday..Long isn't it!!

Quiet & docile Chia Sin, Met as well by accident!! Lucky huh!! Nway, that y we can never be put in the same category as I'm probably too noisy for her..She probably vomit and die if she ever mix too much with me..bad influence...haha..Nway, I miss you too Chia Sin..Hope to see you soon( soon would be probably at least 2 years or more..Cos I'll be away for at least 2 years..sob sob sob..hate to think bout it!!!)
